- BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS
AND OTHER NON-HOLIDAY ORDERS:
In house processing times for birth announcements and all other
non-holiday items during November and December will be extended.
Turnaround times will be posted online at www.puropapel.com.
- BLANK STOCK:
All items shown custom printed are also available blank.
- FONT STYLES:
Any font style may be used on any custom printed card. Please
choose from the “Font Style” list. Unless otherwise
noted, the font style and case used will be as shown in the
sample.
- COLOR VARIATIONS:
Due to variations in the printing process, colors may vary from
the samples presented in the website. Samples presented online
may contain unavoidable color variations because of the limitations
in displaying and recreating them in their respective media.
No discounts will be given for these variations.
- ERRORS:
Errors or shortages must be reported within 10 days of shipment.
Please notify us immediately of any errors or shortages on an
order. This will speed our ability to rectify the situation.
Errors made by PURO PAPEL will be corrected at no charge and
shipped the following business day when possible. The order
will be shipped overnight at PURO PAPEL’s expense. Errors
made by the customer will be processed as quickly as possible.
The reprinted items will be priced at 50% of the original cost.
Shipping charges will be billed according to the shipping and
handling schedule.
- FAX PROOFS:
Proofs are available for all custom orders. The cost is $12.00
per order, not per item. An additional $8.00 will be charged
for the third and subsequent proofs. A reminder will be faxed
or emailed three business days after the initial proof is sent
if we have not received a response. If there is still no response
after 3 additional business days, the order will be cancelled.
- HOLIDAY ORDERS:
Please go to www.puropapel.com to determine our cut-off date
and our final ship date for holiday orders.
- PERSONAL IMAGES:
We offer you a new and unique way to incorporate your own personal
photos or images directly into our products. Whether it is a
picture of your child, your family, your child’s drawing
or a picture of your new home for a moving announcement, we
can print your photograph or digital image on selected cards.
Images can also be used to make a unique and personal party
invitation. We can either scan your photo, or we can accept
a digital file. Acceptable digital file formats are JPEG and
TIF. For digital files the minimum resolution is 150 dpi. Photos
taken with digital cameras, when set on the highest quality
setting, will usually suffice. Send digital files to info@puropapel.com.
Orders and photos should be submitted together. All Personal
Images orders require a fax proof of $12. Personal Images orders
will require two additional days of in-house processing. The
quality of the final product will depend on the quality of the
photo or digital image. Inkjet photos are not acceptable. Images
may be cropped in order to make them fit properly. Please do
not cut the photo down to size before sending it to PURO PAPEL.
We need to allow for flexibility in placing the photo into the
frame. Converting a landscape photo to vertical or to a square
shape may not be possible in some instances because the image
fills the entire frame. At no additional charge, we can convert
a color image to black and white or to sepia tone. We will attempt
to return all photos and images with your order, but we will
not be responsible for lost or damaged photos. Digital files
will not be returned.
Permission: By submitting your order, you represent to us that
you either own the image or that you have permission from the
copyright holder or other owner to reproduce the image, and
that our reproduction of the image will not violate the rights
of any other person. Also, by submitting your order you agree
to indemnify us and defend and hold us harmless from all actions,
liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, but not
limited to, attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of
or relating to: (a) our possession or reproduction of the image
and (b) any breach of your representations in the previous sentence.
- ITEM CHANGES:
All items are available only in the colors and sizes shown.
Please call for pricing on any special orders or deviations
from sample items. Any fold over card may be cut at the score
to make it a flat card at no additional charge.
- LAYOUT:
All copy will be positioned as shown on the sample unless otherwise
noted. Please indicate any special placement of copy-- top center,
bottom center, flush left, flush right, etc. Also, specify horizontal
or vertical for inside printed message on photo cards.
- LOST PACKAGES:
Any orders lost while in transit will not be reprinted until
the carrier issues a claim for the package. Any reprints requested
before the claim is issued will be billed at the original amount.
If the claim is subsequently paid, the bill for the original
order will be voided.
- PRE-SHIPPED ENVELOPES:
Plain or printed envelopes may be shipped in advance. The cost
to pre-ship plain or printed envelopes is $12.00 plus freight
charges and the cost of printed return address, if desired.
Shipping charges for pre-shipped envelopes will be billed according
to the shipping and handling schedule.
- REORDERS:
The minimum quantity for reorders of any custom printed item
is 25 pieces. Reorders will be processed as quickly as possible,
and priced as a new order without regard to previous quantities
printed. |
